Impossibly thin, delicate layers of richly flavored cake are carefully stacked and baked to create an amazing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. This cake contains no flour and is naturally gluten-free. Ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, milk, fragrant vanilla, salt, and citric acid (for lemon flavor only). Cakes can be shipped and stored at room temperature up to three weeks. They will also maintain freshness up to three months when refrigerated or up to a year when frozen.
