| Pros: | Super easy to use and clean and allows me to save money by making my own beef jerky. Not sure what else you could use it for but I still found it was worth the money. |
| Cons: | The fuse went out a few months after purchase so I replaced it with a 250 Volt, 10 Amp, 121 degC fuse since the original one they give you is underpowered. Trust me on this one. |

| Pros: | I am obsessed with beef jerky and making my own and I’d been using a pretty crappy dehydrator…then comes along this beauty…my beef jerky retains so much more flavor and the texture is just simply better. I should have learned about the Excalibur years ago |
| Cons: | At this price point it would be nice for the interface to be touch screen that way you can implement some type of wireless connectivity, even Bluetooth connectivity. |
